• Total number of participants: 44 shareholders

• Owning volume: 2,582,363 shares, accounting for 32.28% of chartered capital

• Shareholders, who had right for voting, attended the meeting less than 65%. Therefore, the company declared as follows:

• Delaying the 2011 annual shareholders’ meeting and holding the third meeting within 30 days from June 04, 2011;

• Meeting time and venue will be informed later.
