PVA: Board Resolution
PetroVietnam Nghe An Construction JSC announces Board Resolution (HNX : PVA) approved on 10/05/2011 as follows:
1. Approving the investment plan and receiving the transfer of Infrastructural Investment and Constrution Project at Nam Cam Industrial Park. Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan, Deputy General manager of PetroVietnam Nghe An Construction JSC, is assigned to compete procedures.
2. Contributing capital to establish PetroVietnam Construction JSC No. 3:
- Charter capital: VND30 billion
- Address: No.7, Quang Trung, Vinh, Nghe An
- Founding shareholders:
o PetroVietnam Nghe An Construction JSC: 55% (equalling VND16,500,000,000)
o Mr. Nguyen Minh Hue: 30% (Equalling VND9,000,000,000)
o Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan: 15% (Equalling VND4,500,000,000)
- Representatives for the capital contributed by PetroVietnam Nghe An Construction JSC:
o Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Bang representing 30% of charter capital of PetroVietnam Construction JSC No. 3
o Mr. Truong Tuan Ngoc representing 25% of charter capital of PetroVietnam Construction JSC No. 3
3. HR management in Member company:
- Mr. Tran Xuan Binh has resigned from Chair of the Board of PetroVietnam Nghe An Investment and Trading JSC (PVIT) to become member of the BOD.
- Mr. Duong Hung Cuong, General manager of PVIT, has been nominated Chair of the Board of PVIT
- Mr. Le Phi Hung, Director of PetroVietnam Nghe An Construction JSC, has been nominated to become General manager of PVIT
