- Legal representative: Mr. Nguyen Tien Nghi.

- Holding rate of the HUD3 Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company: 51% (Equivalent VND4,080,000,000)

2. The company name: HUD3.3 Housing Construction and Development Joint Stock Company

- Business License No.0105266494 issued Planning and Investment Dept. of  Ha Noi City first on April 19, 2011.

- Charter capital: VND10,000,000,000

- Head office: No.01, Lot 14, Xa La Urban, Phuc La Ward, Ha Dong District, Ha Noi city.

- Legal representative: Mr. Nguyen Cong Tam.

- Holding rate of the HUD3 Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company: 51% (equivalent: VND5,100,000,000).
