PHH: Results of General Meeting of Shareholders 2011

Hong Ha Petroleum JSC (HNX: PHH) has disclosed the results of its General Meeting of Shareholders. The following resolutions were approved:

- Adjust in Profit distribution 2010

- Profit before tax: VND 28,823 million

- Income tax: VND 8,905 million

- Profit after tax: VND 15,251 million

- Financial reserve: VND 0

- Reward and welfare fund: VND 51 million

- Dividend payment: VND 15,200 million.
