HBC: Hoa Binh Corp. wins 3 projects

Hoa Binh Construction & Real Estate Corporation (HOSE: HBC) has received another three projects in early May 2011:

• Hoang Quan Trade Center and Apartment Complex (With commercial name of SOVRANO PLAZA) invested by Hoang Quan Consulting Trading Service Real Estate Corporation. This is a commercial project with total area of 37,598 square meters, including 23,700 square meters for housing area, 9,700 square meters for traffic area, 4,198 square meters for trees.

• Sunrise City Plot V (South Tower) on Nguyen Huu Tho, Tan Hung Ward, District 7, Hochiminh City. The investor of this project is Novaland. HBC are responsible for completing the project with total package value of VND186,276,664,972 for 04 blocks. The South Tower includes 6 blocks, 31-34 storeys high, with 752 high-class apartments.

• Project “Upgrading and improving Hoan My Cuu Long Hospital – Stage 2” at Plot 20, Quang Trung Street, Phu Thu Ward, Cai Rang District, Can Tho City.
