• Compared to the same period of 2010, revenue from sales of goods and services decreased 85.79%; revenue from financial activities increased 76.35% and profit after tax decreased 75.31%. The main reason was in Quarter 1/2011, there was no fluctuation in real estate transfer of Dream House Corp. while in the same period of 2010, Dream House Corp. gained VND28 billion from real estate transfer and made the revenue from sales of goods and services higher than in Quarter 1/2011.
