PXT: PXT delays Annual General Meeting 2011

According to the Company’s Regulations, the Annual General Meeting must be organized within 04 months from the last date of a fiscal year. However, at present, Petroleum Pipeline & Tank Construction Joint Stock Company (HOSE: PXT) is promptly executing works to ensure the progress of main national projects in Soai Rap Petroleum Service Industrial Zone, and rearrange the Company’s organization and office to move its head office to Hochiminh City in early June 2011. The Company has just hold an extraordinary shareholders’ meeting on February 26, 2011 in order to prepare for the Annual General Meeting.

Petroleum Pipeline & Tank Construction Joint Stock Company, therefore, will delay the Annual General Meeting until late May 2011.
