- New Vietnamese name: CTCP Than núi Béo - Vinacomin

- Old English name: TKV - Nui Beo Coal Joint Stock Company

- New English name: Vinacomin – Nuibeo Coal Joint Stock Company

- Effective date: 01/4/2011.
