BAS: Announcement of trading halt

On April 13, 2011, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) had Announcement No. 399/2011/TB-SGDHCM on the pause in trading of stock of Basa Joint Stock Company (HOSE: BAS):

Temporarily suspending the trading of BAS stock as from April 15, 2011 under Decision No.41/2011/QD-SGDHCM dated April 13, 2011 by the Hochiminh Stock Exchange.

Reason: The business of Basa Joint Stock Company was lost in 02 consecutive years according to the audited financial statements (In 2009 and 2010).
