PetroVietnam Technical Services Corporation (HNX: PVS) announces the establishment of subsidiaries based as follows:

Name of subsidiaries:

- PTSC Phu My Port Joint Stock Company (Transformed from PTSC Phu My Port branch)

- PTSC Production Services Joint Stock Company (Transformed from PTSC Production Services branch)

- PTSC Mechanical & Construction Joint Stock Company (Transformed from the PTSC Mechanical & Construction Company limited)

- PetroVietnam Technical Services Corporation holds 51% of charter capital in each subsidiaries mentioned above.
