HLC: Director and management change

HaLam - TKV Coal Joint Stock Company (HNX: HLC) announces change in the Director and management board as follows:

- Mr. Pham Cong Huong has resigned from Chair of the Board, Manager, Board of Directors of HaLam - TKV Coal Joint Stock Company.

- Mr. Vu Thanh Lam has been appointed Chair of the Board of HaLam - TKV Coal Joint Stock Company

- Mr. Ngo The Phiet has been appointed Manager of HaLam - TKV Coal Joint Stock Company.
