CDC: Change of Chief Accountant

Chuong Duong Corporation (HOSE: CDC) approved the resignation of Mr. Vu Sinh Thien from Chief Accountant as of March 08, 2011 because of his health. Therefore, Mr. Van Minh Hoang, Deputy Director General, will concurrently hold the pos of Chief Accountant as of March 08, 2011.
