PNJ: Change in the Board of Directors

PhuNhuan Jewelry Joint Stock Company (HOSE: PNJ) announced the change in the Board of Directors (BOD) as follows:

• The BOD approved the resignation of Mr. Dang Phuoc Dua from a BOD member because of his personal reason.

• The BOD appointed Mr. Bui Viet as a BOD member as of March 08, 2011. The term of BOD member is the remaining time of the term from 2007 to 2012.
