PNJ: Resolution on BOD members
PhuNhuan Jewelry Joint Stock Company (HOSE: PNJ) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors (BOD) as follows:
• Article 1: The BOD approved the resignation of Mr. Dang Phuoc Dua from a BOD member because of his personal reason.
• Article 2: The BOD appointed Mr. Bui Viet as a BOD member as of March 08, 2011.
• Article 3: This appointment will be submitted to the Sharheolders’ Meeting for approval. After the Shareholders’ Meeting approves, this appointment will be considered to be effective from the date when the Board of Directors appoints.
• Article 4: The term of BOD member said in Article 2 is the remaining time of the term from 2007 to 2012.
