AME: Board resolution

Anphanam Mechanical Electric Joint Stock Company (HNX: AME) announces the board resolution approved on 14/01/2011 as follows:

Article 1. The plan of operation:

- Approving the plan of operation and targets in 2011 of Anphanam Mechanical Electric Joint Stock Company. The Board of Directors will meet again when the audited financial report is completed to report to the Annual General Meeting 2011.

Article 2. Administration and development plan of the Company:

- Salary fund of labors in 2011: Salary fund is increased to VND830 mil. per months and the Management Board is authorized to do this adjustment.

- Supplementing 01 active group and appointing Mr. Vu Hai Phong Deputy General Manager in charge of AMEP of the Company.
