VNDIRECT Securities Corporation (HNX: VND) reports the use of proceeds in the issue of 55,000,000 shares approved by the SSC on 14/05/2010 as follows:

1. Information on the issue:

- Par value: VND 10,000/share

- Offering volume: 55,000,000 shares

- Number of shares issued: 54,999,000 shares

Where:

+ Outstanding shareholders: 39,999,160 shares

+ Dividend payment by shares: 14,999,509 shares

+ The Company bought for treasury stock: 331 shares

-Net proceeds: VND549,990,000,000, including:

+ VND399,991,600,000 from stock offering

+ VND149,998,400,000 transfered from dividend payment by shares

2. Purpose of the issue: To supplement the business lines, improve the issue underwriting, develop the proprietary dealing activities and supplement working capital for other active conducts of the business.

3. Use of proceeds:

- For securities issue underwriting: VND 200 billion

- For proprietary dealing: VND200 billion

- For technological development, enlarging the brokerage network, supplementing working capital and provisions: VND154,990,000,000.
