On February 21, 2011, HOSE had Announcement No.137/2011/TB-SGDHCM to announce the record date for the second dividend payment of 2010 and Annual General Meeting of Cuulong Fish Joint Stock Company (HOSE: ACL):

• Stock symbol: ACL

• Ex-right date: March 02, 2011     

(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on March 02 & 03, 2011, sellers will not receive the rights.)

• Record date:  March 04, 2011 

Annual General Meeting

- Apportion ratio: 1:1 (01 share – 01 voting right)

- The meeting time & venue will be noticed later. 

Dividend payment

- Dividend pay-out ratio: 10% (VND1,000 / share)

- Payment date: March 24, 2011
