• Stock symbol: PVD

• Stock type: Common stock

• Par value: VND 10,000  

• Ex-right date: February 23, 2011

(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on February 23 & 24, 2011 sellers will not receive the rights.)

• Record date: February 25, 2011

• Dividend pay-out ratio: 20%/ par value (VND2,000/ share)

• Purpose: To make the dividend payment for 2010.

• Payment date: From March 22, 2011
