HBC: The record date for the first dividend payment 2010 in stock

Hoa Binh Construction & Real Estate Corporation (HOSE: HBC) announces the record date to pay dividend in stock for 2010:

• Stock symbol: HBC

• Stock type: Common stock

• Par value: VND10,000

• Ex-right date: February 24, 2011

(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on February 24, 2011 and February 25, 2011, sellers will not receive rights)

- Record date: February 28, 2011

- Exercise ratio: 25%/charter capital

The one who owns 100 shares at the record date will receive 25 new shares as dividend. The volume will be rounded to units. The fractional parts (If any) will be cancelled.

For example: At the record date, shareholder Nguyen Van A owns 113 shares, the calculation will be: 113 shares x 25% = 28.25 shares. After rounding down, the number of dividend he receives will be 28 shares

- Estimated issue volume: 4,057,750 shares

- The right to receive dividend is not transferable.

Place & procedure of payment:

- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: New shares will be transferred to shareholders’ accounts in securities firms.

- Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: shareholders will receive dividend at the head office of Hoa Binh Construction & Real Estate Corporation.
