ACL: Resolution on the 2011 annual shareholders’ meeting and the second dividend payment 2010

Cuulong Fish Joint Stock Company (CL - FISH CORP) (HOSE: ACL) has announced a resolution of the 2011 annual shareholders’ meeting and the second dividend payment 2010 as follow:

Article 1: The 2011 annual shareholders’ meeting:

• Meeting time: Expected April 2011

• Meeting time, venue & content: announcing later

Article 2: Approving the second dividend payment for 2010 at 10% par value (VND1,000/ share) in cash.

Article 3: The effective date of this resolution is February 11, 2011.
