CII: Resolution on dividend payment

Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (HOSE: CII) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors on February 14, 2011:

Article 1: Approving the close the shareholder list for the second dividend payment 2010 with payment rate 8%/ par value (Equivalent VND60,112,800,000) and holding the 2010 annual shareholders’ meeting.

Article 2: The effective date of this resolution is February 14, 2011.
