Ministry approves flyover plan

The Ministry of Construction officially approved a 10km-flyover project on Dec. 20, which will run from Vinh Tuy Bridge to Nga Tu So Intersection in the south west of Ha Noi.

The project, which will be implemented by the Vincom Company, was aimed at solving existing traffic congestion in the area, said Deputy Minister Nguyen Dinh Toan.

The project has been submitted to the Office of the Government for final approval.

CEO of Vincom Nguyen Khac Hiep said that his company would start detailed planning after the project gets a green light from the government.
