SBC: Resolution on a dividend payment (REVISED)

On November 12, 2010, the Board of Directors of Saigon Beer Transportation Joint Stock Company (HOSE: SBC) unanimously approved to pay an advance for dividend of the year 2010:

- Collecting shareholders’ agreements by letters: Payment rate for dividend in 2010: 40%

- The resolution is valid from November 12, 2010.
