SRF: Resolution on dividend payment

Seaprodex Refrigeration Industry Corporation (HOSE: SRF) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors as follows:

Article 1: The Board of Directors approved the first dividend payment of 2010 to the Company’s shareholders:

• Payment ratio: 10% (VND1,000/share)

• Record date: December 08, 2010 

• Payment time: From December 20, 2010.

Article 2: This resolution takes effect from November 24, 2010.
