DPR: Cash dividend payment (Revised)
Dong Phu Rubber Joint Stock Company (HOSE: DPR) announces the record date for the first dividend payment for 2010 as follows:
• Stock symbol: DPR
• Stock type: Common stock
• Par value: VND10,000
• Ex - right date: December 07, 2010
• (In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on December 07 & 08 sellers will not receive the rights.)
• Record date: December 09, 2010
• Dividend pay-out ratio: 15%/ par value (VND1,500/ share)
• Purpose: To make the first dividend payment for 2010.
• Payment date: December 30, 2010.
Place & procedure of payment:
- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: At the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
- Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: At Dong Phu Rubber Joint Stock Company.
Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
