Investment and Trading of Real Estate Joint Stock Company (HOSE: ITC) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated November 15, 2010 on the first dividend payment in cash for the year 2010 as follows:

• Charter capital: VND690,866,880,000

• Payment rate: 5%/par value (VND500 for a share)

• Total dividend value: VND34,543,344,000

• Expected record date: December 03, 2010

• Payment date: December 17, 2010.
