Petrovietnam Southern Gas Joint Stock Company (HNX: PGS) announces the Board Resolution approved on 23/11/2010 as follows:

1. Agreed on the exercise rate of the First dividend payment of 2010 is 20%/ share (Shareholders received VND 2,000 for every 01 share they owned)

2. Agreed on the record date for seasoned issue to increase charter capital to VND 380 bil and First dividend payment of 2010 is: 09/12/2010.
