DTA: Resolution on the first dividend payment of 2010
On November 25, 2010, the Board of Directors of De Tam Joint Stock Company (HOSE: DTA) unanimously approved to pay the first dividend installment of the year 2010 to the existing shareholders:
• Dividend pay-out ratio: 5%/par value (VND500/ share)
• Ex-right date: December 15, 2010
(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on December 15 to December 16 2010 sellers will not receive the rights.)
• Record date: December 17, 2010
• Payment date: Expected on January 15, 2011.
Place & procedure of payment:
- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: At the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
- Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: At De Tam Joint Stock Company from January 15, 2011 to January 20, 2011.
