• Financial incomes reached 9.7 billion dongs and decreased 7.1 billion dongs beside quarter 3/2009 because some loans are collected in quarter 4/2010. Therefore, profit in quarter 3/2010 was lower than that in quarter 3/2009.
• The company recorded revenue from many projects and each project has different profit rate. Therefore, profit rate of each quarter is different.
• In the quarter, the company got revenue from building material and erection activities higher than those in quarter 3/2009 but profit rates of those were lower than profit rate of property trading.
