SSC: SSC receives 282 Le Van Sy Project
Southern Seed Corporation (HOSE: SSC) received an agreement on the 1/500 planning for Trade – Office – Apartment Building with 17 storeys and 2 basements in 282 Le Van Sy, Ward 01, Tan Binh District, Hochiminh City.
SSC will co-operate with CANTAVIL to build the complex project, expects to receive an investment certificate and a construction license and begin construction in Quarter 2/2011.
The project will supply 243 apartments with areas from 87 sqm to 162 sqm, and a Trade, Office and Service Center.
