FPC: Explanation for business results in quarter 3/2010

Full Power Joint Stock Company (HoSE: FPC) has explained revenue in quarter 3/2010 decreased 87% beside quarter 3/2009 because:

* There was not new contract and incomplete contracts were finished.

* The company has liquidated redundant assets and reduced production.

* The company was affected from last period: The company cancelled invoice No. 0095922 issued on September 15, 2008 worth 13,068,000,000 dongs of contract No. DGAW07A01 and the cancel was equivalent to revenue decreased 11,880,000,000 dongs in quarter 3/2010 because there was a change of personnel and a mistake in the change.

* The loss was by interest expenses, general and administrative expenses and depreciation expenses.
