Minh Phu Seafood Joint Stock Company (Minh Phu Seafood Corp.) (HOSE: MPC) has explained profit after tax in quarter 3/2010 increased 178.53% beside quarter 3/2009 because:

• The market has recovered and revenue increased 54.29% in quarter 3/2010 beside quarter 3/2009.

• Price of shrimp increased highly because of the oil spill at Mexico Bay.

• The time of the ending of year is the season of shrimp business.
