DLG: Explanation for business results of the parent company in quarter 3/2010

Duc Long Gia Lai Group Joint Stock Company (Duc Long Gia Lai Group) (HOSE: DLG) has explained profit in quarter 3/2010 increased 15,723,376,819 dongs beside quarter 3/2009 because:

• In quarter 3/2010, the company sold about 10,000 tons of fertilizers and amount of sawn timber in stock with low cost and high profit.

• The company exported few packages of finished timber with high profit because of increasing exchange rate.

• There was revenue from asset and machinery lease in quarter 3/2010. Therefore, profit in quarter 3/2010 increased more than that in quarter 3/2009.
