One Corporation (HNX: ONE) announces the notice of record date for seasoned issue and dividend payment as follows:

- Reasons: Dividend payment by cash and by share and seasoned issue
1. Information on dividend payment of 2009 by cash:
+ Exercise rate: 5% (Shareholders receive VND 500 for every share they own)
+ Exercise date: 25/11/2010
+ Place of payment:
- For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
- For undeposited shares: One Corp, No 1-135 Hoang Ngan street, Trung Hoa Ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi on working days (From Monday to Saturday). Securities certificate and Identification Card (Original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.
2. Information on dividend payment by share:
+ Exercise rate: 12% (Shareholders receive 12 bonus shares for every 100 shares they own. The number of shares shareholders receive is rounded down to unit digit. Odd shares shall be cancelled).
+ Stock type: no transfer restriction.
+ Place of payment:
- For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
- For undeposited shares: One Corp, No 1-135 Hoang Ngan street, Trung Hoa Ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi on working days (From Monday to Saturday). Securities certificate and Identification Card (Original copy) are required. 3. Information on share purchase rights of outstanding shareholders:

+ Rights allotment rate: 1 share – 1 right
+ Exercise rate: 2: 1 (Shareholders are entitled to buy 01 new share for every 02 rights they own. The number of shares shareholder can buy is rounded down to unit digit). The odd shares and shares unsold will be determined by the Board of Directors in terms of price and subject of the offering.
