On September 28, 2010, the Board of Directors of Long Giang Investment and Urban Development Joint Stock Company (HoSE: LGL) unanimously decided:
Article 1: To make the dividend payment for 2009 & 2010 in cash

- Record date: October 15, 2010
- Dividend pay-out ratio: 20% (VND2,000/share):
+ Dividend payment for 2009 in cash: 5%
