HLA: Resolution on dividend payment
Huu Lien Asia Corporation (HoSE: HLA) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors as follows:
Article 1: Approving the second dividend payment of 2010:
Paying the second dividend installment of 2010: 4% (VND400/share).
Article 2: Time of implementation
Record date: In October 2010
Payment date: In November 2010
Article 3: Authorizing Mr. Tran Xao Co, BOD Chairman, to implement the dividend payment.
Article 4: This resolution takes effect from October 05, 2010.
