PPI: Resolution on the first dividend payment of 2010

Pacific Property & Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company (HoSE: PPI) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated March 30, 2010 on the first dividend payment in cash for the year 2010 as follows:

* Payment rate: 8%/par value (VND800 for a share)

* Total dividend value: VND8,011,802,400.

* Record date: October 29, 2010

* Payment date: November 30, 2010.
