ITC: Changed the representative of Saigon Real Estate Corporation

Investment and Trading of Real Estate Joint Stock Company (HoSe: ITC) has announced the BOD’s decision as follows:

Article 1: Approving change of a capital representative - Mr. Nguyen Van Khoi of Saigon Real Estate Corporation at INTRESCO.

Article 2: The decision is valid as from September 27, 2010.

Article 3: The CEO of Saigon Real Estate Corporation and Mr. Nguyen Van Khoi have to implement the decision.
