DHA: Decision on founding a branch at Vinh Cuu

Hoa An Joint Stock Company (HoSE: DHA) has announced decision on founding a branch at Vinh Cuu as follows:

Article 1: Founding a branch of HOAAN at Thien Tan Town, Vinh Cuu Dist., Dong Nai Province:

* The branch name: Branch of Hoa An Joint Stock Company at Vinh Cuu

* The branch will be under HOAAN and under the management of HOAAN’s the BOD and the CEO

* The Brand will have its own seal and bank account under the Law.

Article 2: Its business:

* Exploiting and processing mineral Exclusive sand

* Producing and trading building materials and equipments

* Services for exploitation technology and production of building materials

Article 3: Its structure:

* Director will be appointed by the Chairman of the BOD and discharged & rewarded by suggestion of the CEO.

* Deputy Directors and some Head of Departments will be appointed by the CEO and discharged & rewarded by suggestion of the Director.

Article 4: The Branch will operate on regulation issued by the Chairman of the BOD.

Article 5: The decision is valid as from June 25, 2010.
