KDH: Resolution of the shareholders’ meeting

Khang Dien House Trading and Investment Joint Stock Company (HoSE: KDH) has announced a resolution of the shareholders’ meeting as follows:

Article 1: Approving closing of Branch 1 of KHADIHOUSE Joint Stock Company at 85A Phan Ke Binh St., Dakao Ward, Dist. 1, HCMC.

Article 2: Assigning Mr. Ly Dien Son – Chairman of the BOD to implement procedures.

Article 3: The related members have to implement the resolution.

Article 4: The resolution is valid as from September 14, 2010.
