HTV: Violation of information disclosure of major shareholders

The following is the violation of information disclosure requirement of major shareholders:

* Mr. Le Van Vien, bought 180,000 HTV shares on July 26, 2010 to increase the owning volume to 470,960 HTV shares (5%) and became a major shareholder of Ha Tien Transport Joint Stock Company (HoSE: HTV) so the Company had not to report. Mr. Le Van Vien, sold 58,760 HTV shares on July 27, 2010 and decreased the owning volume as 412,200 HTV   shares without announcement.

* Mr. Duong Duc Huan, bought 8,200 HTV shares on July 30, 2010 to increase the owning volume to 494,760 HTV shares (5.25%) and became a major shareholder but was not the report. Mr. Duong Duc Huan, sold 200,000 HTV shares on August 03, 2010 and decreased the owning volume as 294,760 HTV shares (3.13%) without announcement.
