VES: Violation of information disclosure of affiliated person

The following is the violation of information disclosure requirement of an affiliated person:

Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong, a daughter of Mr. Nguyen Thanh Dong – A member of the Board of Directors cum Director of Meca Vneco Investment and Electricity Construction Joint Stock Company (HoSE: VES), sold 1,000 VES shares on July 16, 2010 without announcement. Besides, Mr. Nguyen Thi Huong was not to report trading result after registered.
