DHC: Violation of information disclosure of inside shareholder

The following is the violation of information disclosure requirement of an inside shareholder:

Mr. Le Ba Phuong, Deputy of BOD Chairman Dong Hai Joint Stock Company of Bentre (HoSE: DHC), sold 98,870 DHC shares from July 26, 2010 to September 10, 2010 but was not in report, sold 1,130 DHC shares on September 22, 2010 without announcement.
