CAD: Extension of the submission date of 6-month reviewed FS

Cadovimex Seafood Import-Export and Processing Joint Stock Company (HoSE: CAD) asked permission of the Hochiminh Stock Exchange to extend the submission date of the reviewed financial statements (FS) of the first six months of 2010 until September 30, 2010.

Reason: The Company is being checked after repaying for VAT by the Taxation Bureau of Ca Mau Province for 30 working days (From August 05 to September 14, 2010).Time to audit financial statements, therefore, is delayed.
