NKD: Explanation for FS of H1/2010 before and after audit

North Kinhdo Food Joint Stock Company (HoSE: NKD) has explained difference of the sfinancial statements (FS) of 06 months 2010 before and after audit as follows:

* Profit before tax: 12.4 billion dongs

* Audited profit before tax: 7.7 billion dongs

* Difference: 4.7 billion dongs

* Reasons: Supplementing provision for securities devaluation and some expenses under the Law.
