LHG: The BOD's resolution of supplementing businesses

Long Hau Corporation (HoSE: LHC) has announced the BOD’s resolution of supplementing its business as follows:

Article 1: Approving LHC to supplement the following businesses:

* Leasing workshops

* Producing bottled water

* Supplying waste water after treatment

* Trading markets

* Food service

* Training & education

* Polyclinic

Article 2: Assigning related members and departments to implement the resolution.

Article 3: The resolution is valid as from July 24, 2010.
