HVG: Extension of the submission date of 6-month reviewed FS

Hung Vuong Corporation (HoSE: HVG) asked permission of the Hochiminh Stock Exchange to extend the submission date of the reviewed financial statements (FS) of the first six months of 2010 until September 20, 2010.

Reason: The Corporation has many subsidiaries, including 6 subsidiaries and 2 joint-ventures locating in different provinces. Therefore, auditing financial statements of each company takes much time.
