VIC: Decision of the BOD

On 26th August 2010, the BOD of the Vincom Joint Stock Company had a Decision No.21/2010/QD-HDQT-VINCOM JSC about raising chartered capital as follows:

- Article 1: Approving raise of chartered capital under issuing additional shares, offering and listing additional shares on a foreign securities market (Singapore)

In order to increase capital for business activities, investment projects and diversifying channels of mobilizing capital, the BOD was unanimous to raise chartered capital under issuing additional shares, offering and listing additional shares on the Singapore Exchange (SGX).

- Article 2: Authorizing the BOD chairman and General Director to do following issues to raise chartered capital:

Making plans of raising chartered capital, additional issuance, offering and listing additional shares on SGX.

Seeking and choosing consulting firm for listing shares on SGX.

Doing procedures to shareholders and authorities related to the issue above.

Implementing other issues to complete raise of chartered capital under issuing additional shares, offering and listing additional shares on SGX.
