DIG: Late submission of the examined financial statement

Development Investment Construction Joint Stock Corporation (DIC Corp.) has explained late submission of the examined financial statement of the first 6 months 2010 as follows:

After completing the financial statement of the first 6 months 2010 (Parent company and integration), DIC Corporation chose an audit firm to examine its financial statement. However, due to change of the audit firm and figure collection of many subsidiaries, DIC Corp has not completed its examined financial statement of the first 6 months 2010.

DIC Corporation committed to submit the examined financial statement no later than 30th September 2010.
