VNG: Violation of information disclosure of major shareholder

The following is the violation of information disclosure requirement of a major shareholder:

Mr. Tran Ngoc Tuan, a major shareholder of Viet Nam Golf  Tourism Joint Stock Company, sold 70,000 VNG shares on August 06, 2010, bought 4,220 VNG shares from July 13, 2010 to July 14, 2010 without announcement.
